Shipping and returns
Packages are generally sent within 3-7 business day of receipt of payment and are shipped via FedEx, DHL or DPD with tracking. Whichever shipping type you choose, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping charges include handling and packaging charges and postage. Shipping charges vary depending on the total weight of the shipment. We recommend that you group your items into one order. It is not possible for us to group two separate orders placed separately, so shipping costs will be charged for each.

- Customs and Duties: If shipping internationally, clarify that customers may be responsible for any import taxes or duties.
- Return Policy: Customers may return non-defective products within the first 14 calendar days from the date of receipt for exchange or refund. The returned product should be in the same condition in which it was delivered, with its original box. The customer bears the delivery cost of the return. This option can only be exercised once.
