1.Warranty Period:

Sprint Filter  provides a limited warranty that the Sprint Filter air filters ("Product") will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of original retail purchase ("Warranty Period"). 

2. Validity of Warranty:

This warranty is valid only if the purchase by the final customer occurs within three years from the production date of the filter specified on the Guarantee Certificate, where the production batch number is also stated. 

3. Return of Non-Defective Products:

Customers may return non-defective products within the first 14 calendar days from the date of receipt for exchange or refund. The returned product should be in the same condition in which it was delivered, with its original box. The customer bears the delivery cost of the return. This option can only be exercised once.

4. Return of Defective Products:

We will repair or replace a defective product within the Warranty Period for free. The shipping fees for returning the item are paid by the customer, and the cost for resending the item back to the customer is paid by us. If the product is out of the warranty period, inspection fees may apply

5. Refunds & Credits:

Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. Please allow 30 days for a credit to appear on your account. Duties, taxes or shipping charges cannot be refunded. Purchases made with a currency other than € will be refunded at the current exchange rate.

6. Who May Use This Warranty?

This limited warranty extends only to the original purchaser of the Product. It is not assignable or transferable to any subsequent purchaser or user of the Product.

7. What Does This Warranty Cover?

This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship of the Product during the Warranty Period.

8. What Does This Warranty Not Cover?

This warranty does not cover damage due to:

(a) transportation,

(b) storage,

(c) improper use,

(d) failure to follow the Product instructions or to perform any preventive maintenance,

(e) modifications,

(f) unauthorized repair,

(g) normal wear and tear,

(h) any type of racing or competition,

(i) Malfunctions or defects of the vehicle,

(j) external causes such as accidents, abuse, or other actions or events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters).

Be advised that our high-performance air filters, which include the products within the KD1, KD2, C-Tech, Series R, and Series K families, as well as all our universal direct intake air filters, are exclusively designed for competitive racing use on the racetrack.

As a result, the warranty coverage provided by Sprint Filter applies solely to the intended sporting use of these products. We will not be able to assume responsibility for any issues, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of these filters in applications or environments other than competitive racing.

9. What is the Remedy? 

We will repair any Product that proves to be defective in materials or workmanship. If repair is not possible, we will either replace your Product with a new Product of similar composition and price, or refund the full purchase price of your Product, at our sole discretion. There is no charge for inspection.

10. How to Obtain Warranty Service?

To obtain the warranty service, you must email us at warranty@sprintlter.net, during the Warranty Period.

11. Limitation of Liability:

The remedies described above are your sole and exclusive remedies and our entire liability for any breach of this limited warranty. Our liability shall under no circumstances exceed the actual amount paid by you for the defective Product, nor shall we under any circumstances be liable for any consequential, incidental, special or punitive damages or losses, whether direct or indirect.

12. Governing Law:

This limited warranty is governed by the laws of the country in which the Product was purchased.
